Here at Hydote we’ve realised that people have different hydration needs at different times of the day. We therefore created specific REVIVE and RECOVER blends, which are loaded with carefully chosen vitamins and minerals to provide support when you need it. The revitalising REVIVE blend contains

The relaxing RECOVER blend contains:
- Essential electrolytes (Na, K, Cl, Mg, Ca, Zn)
- High potency magnesium blend (300mg)
- Ginger extract to ease stomach upset and support gut health
- Vitamin D, Niacin
Effective hydration
Some hydration drinks have chosen to not use sugar in their mixes. However, we trust in the evidence base that glucose is an essential ingredient for sodium transportation around the body. We have included a small amount ~1g in each tablet to help the body absorb sodium through the co-transport system. The additional electrolytes included (potassium, chloride, magnesium, calcium, zinc) form a complete electrolyte profile which is key in maintaining optimal fluid balance.
Immunity
A strong immune system is crucial to maintain wellbeing. We understand that people living busy outgoing lifestyles may get rundown and become susceptible to infections and colds. To combat this and keep you feeling your best we have included 50% of your daily Vitamin C and Zinc requirements and >100% of your daily Vitamin B6 in the RECOVER and REVIVE blends.
Vitamin D
Despite the physiological importance of Vitamin D studies suggest that over 1 billion people are deficient and over 50% of the global population are insufficient. We understand that people with busy lifestyles, who work in offices, live in hot or cold climates may not get enough sunlight to meet their daily Vitamin D needs. We have therefore included 100% of the recommended daily Vitamin D intake in our recover blends.
